- Personalized Items: Just a heads up, personalized or customized items can’t be returned unless they’re
faulty. How to Process Your Return If you’d like to return your item, just follow these easy steps:

- A quick reason for the return (this helps us improve!).
- A picture of the item if needed (to help us assist you faster).
- Return Approval:
- Once we get your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) along with the details you need
to send the item back.
Send it Back:
Please make sure to pack your bag carefully in its original condition, including all the packaging. We
recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return is safe and secure.
Keep in mind that you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the bag is faulty.
Inspection and Refund:
Once we get the bag back, we’ll check it to make sure it meets our return criteria. If everything looks
good, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Details:
After your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to the payment method you used.
Typically, refunds show up in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment

To keep our bags exclusive and of high quality, the following items are non-refundable: Personalized or
Custom-Made Bags (unless they are damaged or defective). Gift Cards and promotional discounts.
Return Shipping Costs:
If you decide to return your bag simply because you changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return
shipping costs.
If you need to return an item because it’s faulty or incorrect, don’t worry—we’ll take care of the
return shipping for you.
